Over two years, I led a series of podcast workshops under a project supported by Erasmus & the Lithuanian-Polish Youth Exchange Fund.
aimed at training international youth to transform their ideas into impactful stories. These workshops, lasting 10 to 15 days each, brought together participants from diverse cultural, linguistic, and social backgrounds. The goal was not only to teach the technical aspects of podcast production but also to foster an appreciation for the value of cultural exchange in creative storytelling.
In these workshops, I focused on helping young participants craft compelling narratives that resonated with both their personal experiences and broader societal needs. From developing an initial concept to creating a full-fledged podcast episode, the training covered:
Each workshop resulted in the creation of dozens of podcast episodes, showcasing the participants’ unique voices and perspectives. By blending diverse cultural influences, the workshops empowered these young creators to build narratives that not only entertained but also served their communities, aligning with the belief that youth are the architects of a better future.
As an artist, this experience enriched my understanding of the intersection between art and social impact. It reinforced my commitment to using storytelling as a powerful tool to inspire, educate, and connect people from all walks of life.
