Growing of Inmates' Competences

On March 18, 2024, I organized a virtual international conference titled “Growing of Inmates’ Competences”, bringing together experts and speakers from Lithuania, Hungary, Romania, and Turkey to share insights and success stories on inmate integration and social skills development.

The event, funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program, was a collaborative effort with partners across multiple countries. As the organizer, I handled all event logistics, participant communication, and promotional efforts. Key topics included successful reintegration strategies, innovative methods, and the importance of NGO-government collaboration to create sustainable integration opportunities for inmates.

Migrants Inclusion in the Education System

On December 8, 2023, we held a virtual international conference titled “Migrants Inclusion in the Education System”, hosted by the National Institute for Social Integration and funded by the EU. The event brought together educators, youth workers, and experts to discuss inclusive practices and educational challenges.

As the organizer and communications lead, I was responsible for outreach, participant coordination, and managing promotional content and registration. The conference tackled key themes such as language barriers, cultural differences, online education, and strategies for building inclusive learning environments.

This initiative served as a platform for impactful dialogue and knowledge-sharing, contributing to a broader effort to make education more accessible and equitable for migrant communities.
